Payment Information

METHODS ACCEPTED: MasterCard or Visa is preferred for website payments through our secure online shopping cart.  PayPal is also offered as an alternative for customers who wish to pay using American Express, Discover, or an  E-Check.  (Please read the important notice below regarding PayPal payments through our website).   We will accept a cashier's check or money order upon request.  To request submitting payment using a check (or any other alternative payment outside of the website), please email your order details and payment request to customerservice@fab-fashions.com .  You may also use our Fax Order Submission Form to fax your order and payment information to us.  Please be sure to email us if you will be faxing an order so we will know to look for your fax

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PAYPAL PAYMENTS SUBMITTED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE:  When selecting the PayPal option for your payment, clicking the "submit" button will take to out of Fab's secure SSL site into PayPal's own secure website.  While this is perfectly safe and secure, sometimes it will cause the details of your order to not be transmitted along with your payment.  Meaning, the items listed in your shopping cart  become lost in the transmission, and we receive a payment confirmation from PayPal without an attached order.  Although this error does not occur with every PayPal payment submitted through our website, it does happen from time to time and  obtaining a printed copy of your shopping cart details at the time of your purchase will help us to  expedite your order quickly should we need to contact you for the information.  (Hint:  If after submitting your payment through PayPal, you do not receive a separate email from Fab-Fashions that includes your shopping cart details, then most likely we did not receive it either and we will need to obtain that information from you.)

To prevent order submission errors, we recommend using the "Credit Card" option during checkout to pay using a Visa or MasterCard whenever possible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Online payments through Fab-Fashions.com are conducted through our secure SSL server. Your personal information is encrypted and remains private upon payment submission. You may view our security policy from our website at www.fab-fashions.com through the "privacy policy" link found at the bottom of any page.

FEES

STATE TAXES: Taxes applicable for Georgia delivery address for orders made through www.fab-fashions.com.  All other states tax exempt.

SHIPPING

WHERE SHIPPED:  We gladly ship to both U.S. and International addresses. Please note that the shipping charges calculated through our online shopping cart at www.fab-fashions.com are approximate, but for the most part are accurate for U.S. addresses only. For international addresses, additional shipping may apply and will be adjusted to your total upon order processing. We will notify you of all additional fees prior to charging your credit card.  International orders are encouraged to email admin@fab-fashions.com to inquire about shipping charges for items you wish to purchase.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:  Our standard shipping is for U.S. Postal Priority Mail.  By selecting the "PREMIUM" option, your package will be upgraded to 2nd day air and you will be charged an additional $10.00.

WHEN SHIPPED:  In most cases, within 2-4 days  of order receipt, however if your order contains backordered items or custom items, your entire order will be shipped all together once all items are available.  To request that your available items be shipped immediately, please include a note in the comments section during checkout or email us with your order number and shipping request.  Please note that additional charges will apply for multiple shipments.

RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY:  We gladly accept returns for item exchange or full refund (minus shipping fees) for any item purchased at Fab-Fashions.com. Exceptions may apply as indicated by individual item listings, although this is rare and will be clearly indicated in the item description.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS: As received, in its original packaging, and un-used. Any indication of item use will negate Fab-Fashions guaranteed returned policy.

TIMING OF RETURNS: Items must be returned within 15 days of item receipt.

PRIOR NOTIFICATION OF RETURNS IS REQUIRED—Failure to do so may terminate Fab’s guaranteed return policy.
