Fab-Fashions will not disclose any Confidential Information of any purchase transaction to any third party, or use the Confidential Information in any other manner except as explicitly authorized under the purchase agreement. All website, fax, and phone purchase transactions involving customer payments using a credit card or bank card transfer will be processed through the LinkPoint Secure Payment Gateway (sometimes referred to as "YourPay," operated and owned by LinkPoint International, Inc., a Nevada corporation). All data received, whether through our website, fax, or telephone will be securely stored and encrypted to prevent fraud or unauthorized use of your personal information. Customer credit card information, including authorization codes and pertinent information used to verify your credit card transactions, will NOT be printed on any hardcopy records or reports (used by Fab-Fashions for filing purposes) of any received or processed transaction in order to protect the customer from fraud in the unlikely even that these records fall into the wrong hands. LinkPoint may advise potential users of the services that LinkPoint has a relationship with you as a customer of Fab-Fashions.

Unless required by law, bankcard association rules, or done pursuant to this Agreement, Fab-Fashions will not, under any circumstances, sell, purchase, provide, or otherwise disclose any customer's account information, transaction information, or other personal information to any third party. All data received, whether through our website, fax, or telephone will only be used for individual transactions or as authorized by the customer.  Additional shipping fees may be charged or credited back to the customer's credit card once the package is prepared for shipment and may appear as a separate transaction on the buyer's credit card statement if shipping occurs on a different day.  However, all activity will  pertain to the same transaction and will be referenced as such on buyer's credit card statement as well as on the invoice/packaging slip that is shipped with the final order.  The invoice/packaging slip will serve as the customer's receipt and proof of purchase and will reflect all charges that may occur with the specific transaction as authorized by the customer.  All charges will appear on the customer's credit card statement as "Fab-Fashions".

The terms of this "Privacy Statement" are all part of a legally binding contract held between Fab-Fashions.com and LinkPoint International, Inc., put in place to ensure the safety and protection of all customers of Fab-Fashions.
